I posted a 5 s review 5 years ago I am posting here again. I contacted them this morning about an issue I had with a flush mate part. And the gentleman that helped me was nothing but honest and helpful. I am truly floored by this place. This will continue to be my go to for any issues related to plumbing. Shout out to Eddie who was very kind during my first call. And Andy for being just an awesome human being. Your kindness does not go unnoticed. Stay blessed.
I have to say I never thought I would end up in a store like this. What they offer is nothing sexy or exciting (to me at least lol)but man they came thru for me in a pinch. I was in need for an adapter for the water hose for my refrigerator and I couldn't find the right one anywhere (ie any of the big box stores, Ace, or Ferguson). When I called, Eddy was patient with me and told me to come in with pictures of everything so he could make a better recommendation.
