I had such a great experience here !!! Beth was amazing!! She really understand what my husband and I were looking for and had excellent suggestions!!! Her suggestion for our basement bar sink was amazing!!! And the kitchen faucet she suggested is beyond beautiful and she even help me find the perfect matching cabinet hardware!! I highly suggest you working with Beth and the team her if you are looking for excellent design and shopping experience!! Thank you !!!
I had the worst customer experience with Beth and because of that I cannot recommend this place. She was extremely rude and dismissive and no help at all. She told us our kitchen and bathroom fixtures would arrive in 6 weeks. 8 weeks later I followed up with her regarding the status and she refused to answer me. Our plumber finally got through to her and she said it was going to be an additional 6 weeks. This happened in May. It is now November and they were just installed. Best plumbing supply house in town!
If it was possible to give them no stars I would. We were sent to Thos. Somerville Co. to order shower walls, a vanity top, new toilet, and bypass shower doors for our mini bathroom remodel. The customer service at the Hempland Road Lancaster PA location was horrible. Our Swanstone walls were supposed to be ordered the beginning of Jan 2021. After being told numerous times that they were delayed we were then told in the beginning of July that Swanstone did not have our order and we would have to reorder at the current pricin... read more
