Thorsen’s Norquist has been servicing my air conditioner and heater for 7 years, never disappointed with the friendly, thorough and honest service. David did an excellent job making sure the unit is in proper working condition!
This was wonderful service. David and Ruben were courteous and very professional. They also had the bonus of being really nice.
David and Ruben were professional and efficient. I truly appreciated their work and kindness.
Both Rueben and his trainee, David, arrived on time. In fact they called to give us a heads up as to their arrival. They were both very polite and work very efficiently with little intrusion while I did some work. Upon completion, David clearly explained their findings. Additionally David explained that the mini split system would soon require a special fan coil cleaning. Overall we were very pleased
We are very happy with Thorsen’s service. Today Ruben came with his helper, David. They did a great job checking out our air conditioner/heater unit on the roof, even in the rain! They were thorough and gave me good advice regarding our 26 year old unit, encouraging us to keep using it as long as it works well. I’d highly recommend them!
