My property management used this company to have a dryer vent repaired. The technician (Brian) called, and was on time, he was professional. He checked the existing installation and found that the old vent had more issues than initially reported. He repaired it correctly and quickly. He probably saved the property from a future dryer fire. I would highly recommend them!

This was my first experience with Thorsen’s – Norquist and I am quite pleased, especially with Brian. He ran new venting work from our dryer to outside. His work was exceptional. He was knowledgeable, professional and kind. I highly recommend Brian!

On 5/25/22 had a capacitor installed that came with a 5 year warranty , The capacitor is no longer working and asked about getting it exchanged under the 5 year warranty .I was told I would have to pay $129.95 for them to come out and verify that its no longer working a 10yr old with a volt meter can check if its working or not . I asked if I could purchase one and have them send the old one in and give me a credit once its deemed its not working .
