Carlos is very professional and polite he diagnosed my AC unit in a timely manner and found out that the Cfm is over amping . He installed new motor and capacitor and unit is working properly

This company has services my heater and AC for 15 years and I have never had a complaint with their service. They are always prompt and thorough in their work. David was very friendly and enthusiastic ! He made all the checks on my cooling system and let me know the results. I can always trust this company to make honest checks and repairs to my equipment.

We just had Ruben do preventive service on our AC. This reminded me of all the previous times we have called on Thorsen’s for plumbing and AC service and received excellent service. The most notable was when they installed an AC/Furnace unit and the furnace would make a loud noise when lighting the burner. Thorsens’s pursued the problem and consulted with the manufacture to isolate and resolve the problem to our satisfaction. The unit has worked flawless since.
