Great customer service . Fast & courteous
Called and scheduled service 2 weeks in advance. Made sure they would be able to finish the work same day since the following day was a holiday weekend and they would be closed. They assured me they could. I called 2 hours before close and they hadn't even started my service and told me they wouldn't be able to get it done. They offered no compensation for the inconvenience and were entirely unapologetic. The technician, Isaac, didn't seem to care about the issue at all. The young man that worked on my car was wonderful. He managed to get the part he needed to fix it earlier than expected and even came in on his day off to finish early. He knew we had a previous engagement and really wanted that Ford garage to be the one to fix it, before we left. They are an amazing group at the Platte City Thoroughbred Ford. I hope we find an equally good Ford garage near us when we move back home to Iowa.
