Excellent pricing, made it super easy to get tires with the tire deal! Great people, great service!
Jeff Wood and Shawn Murphy were great to work with! Top notch!
Jeff was awesome! He was very responsive and answered all our questions before we headed out on our 2 1/2 hour trip to the dealership. He had everything ready when we arrived to make a fast and smooth process. We had great conversations and he was easy to work with! Thank you for your help!!! Everyone that we encountered at the dealership was extremely friendly!
For the second time this dealership has failed to provide anything approaching even mediocre customer service. First time was a very expensive lesson costing me $5,000.00 + dollars. Second time this week after 5 years they tried to tell me my truck took 7 quarts of oil when it only holds 6. Minor issue but it resurfaced my anger. I will not be returning again and I intend to share my story again and again with anyone I know even thinking of going there. Terrible people, terrible dealership.
