After a couple years, and an accumulation of things, I had to leave a review. Honestly, if it weren’t for the sweet man they currently have at their service desk, I’d leave a 0 if I could. Without going into every issue I can recall for the sake of length, the most recent 2 visits are what did it for me. I took my car in for an oil change tire rotation last year. Only 3 of the 4 tires were rotated. I only found this out because they said I needed my rear breaks replaced immediately. I had those changed the next day elsewhere... read more
What a great buying experience, from my first visit with Jeff, to Hunter going above and beyond to find the right vehicle for us. The entire team was helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. I cannot recommend this dealership enough!
I took my jeep in for an inspection they said it didn’t pass because of a worn ball joint and that it would be over $800 to fix. I am mechanically inclined and the ball joint is in perfect working condition they tried to tell me it would be over $800 to fix, which is ridiculous. I took it to another dealership to get an inspection and it passed. I don’t recommend doing any sort of business here as they will take advantage of yo.
You people suck, keep it up and you will be in the soup line
Customer service at the Platte City Thoroughbred Ford dealership is a high priority. They are located just north of the airport off I-29 with a large inventory of vehicles. They have another location just a few minutes away with an even bigger selection which they have access to. This was great for our recent 2025 Explorer ST purchase as our sales person Hunter was quickly able to get us the exact vehicle we were looking for.
