I updating my previous review. After posting the review, I received communication within 24 hours. They have paid for the errors and corrected the mistake. But the mistake was irritating to me. They ordered the correct part from Ford, but said that it came in damaged, so they called Advanced Auto for the new flywheel. But the flywheel was not the correct one and they installed it anyway. I was charged for the Ford part and the Ford part number was put on the bill and until my mechanic found the wrong part and we called them ... read more

Our experience with Hunter Martin at Thoroughbred Ford was excellent. Hunter was very professional, helpful and welcoming to us and made our experience go very smoothly. Shawn with the loan processing/paperwork was great to work with too, very helpful and easy to work with, he was also very informative on what exactly we were about to purchase and what the best options could be for us and our budget.
