Use to be the best but not any longer alot of the times the vaccums dont work they no longer offer towels or cleaners for doing you interior etc after a wash and their payment machines at the entry point are truely junk and never work correctly

When Thoroughbred Car Wash first opened, it was excellent. However, in the last six months, its quality has declined significantly. While the car wash itself is still good, having to move my car from one vacuum spot to several others is quite inconvenient. Additionally, the after-wash services are not worth the price or my time. I've reached out through emails and spoken to staff, but nothing has changed. As a result, I've decided to cancel my membership.
