The Teays Valley location is subpar compared to the much better Hurricane location. Most of the vacuums have such super low suction that they won’t pick up anything, and they’re a total waste of time. Towels are usually not there. The Hurricane location also has a car mat cleaner, which is a plus. I hate to compare you to the other car wash down the road, but these issues have existed for many months and are simply not being addressed. Do better please! The wash was good however the vacuum are worthless. I tried 3 different bays/vacuums and none of them would suck a piece of grass out of my floorboard. Lauren was excellent with handling my concerns and gave me a wash so that I could vacuum at another location! Customer service was great!
Vacuums do not have much suction. The suck, I mean they don't suck. 😔 Also, license plate camera do not pickup Veterans plates ever.
Concerned member. Stopped by the Thoroughbred Express Auto Wash on Route 34 in Hurricane (near Papa John’s), and multiple vacuum stations were out of order. This seems to be an ongoing issue. The vacuums are part of what customers are paying for, so it’s frustrating when they aren’t working. Management needs to maintain this area better.
Excellent experience! The gentleman that helped us at the kiosk was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable!
