John was very thorough, meticulous, detailed and responsible. His pricing was very reasonable, he communicated very well prior and after inspection. He spent at least 3 hours inspecting a small home which included viewing crawl space attic, got on the roof, inspected basement very well and made us aware of water damage, pest issues and more! John did an absolutely amazing and thorough report for our prospective purchase. It was due to his thoroughness that we saved over $600 thousand dollars. The house was a disaster that was not revealed to the naked eye. We were astounded that he took three plus hours scouring the home from top to bottom. A Thorough & Detailed Home Inspection! John went from top to bottom and every bit in between in inspecting the house. This is not his job but his passion and he provided explanations as to certain concerns or minimizing thought to be concerns. You will not be confused as to who John is working for and knowing that he wants you to know everything about the home you are purchasing. Great inspector I just used John for my 3rd home inspection in Bergen County, NJ. He always takes the time to make sure everything has been reviewed / inspected and always has your best interest in mind. I've recommended him to friends and they continue to use John as well. Always a great job!
The Best Inspector thereis. John is one of the best inspectors in his business he doesn't miss a thing . He give prompt service and details everything you would want in a home inspection. There isn't a place in the home he doesn't visit to give you every dollar you spend. Wouldn't 't use anyone else.
