I’m so grateful to Laquita and her team today. My house was a disaster and they got it all straightened out!
I'm giving five stars because they worked so hard in a house that had been totally neglected and was a challenge, physically and mentally. It was a deep clean. It wasn't necessarily hygienic when they finished but the before and after are stunning. Very courteous and eager to address anything they might have initially missed. Laquita does fantastic work! I really needed a "reset" clean; I let the more exhausting cleaning tasks get away from me for a bit, so I needed help with my floors and the inside of my fridge, plus the high-touch areas in the bathroom. She not only does great work (everything I requested looks and feels so clean!), but is also flexible with her schedule. My realtor suggested that I have my house professionally cleaned before I listed it for sale. Scrolling through Google reviews, I decided on Thorough Global and am happy to add my recommendation to those positive reviews. The cleaning was very thorough and surprisingly detailed. Surfaces shined, cabinet interiors were not forgotten, gunk in the corner of the shower disappeared—-even a ring in the toilet bowl, which no amount of bleach or scrubbing would remove, was gone. So nice to find folks who take pride in their work.
