Going downhill fast. Things are breaking and no extra activities for family and kids anymore.
Great development! Very inviting and friendly residents. Everything is clean and up to date. The houses for their age have aged gracefully. They stand the test of time!
Property management is horrible. You get nothing for the high hoa. Well you get a pool and lawn care the pool is usually broken…. You will get the most ridiculous violations. Including violation from Before you bought the house. I have sold My home here to get away from the horrible property management company. Looks else where to buy!!!!
