Same experience as other one star review. appears inspector stood on bed to gain to access into attic and left insulation all over bed and floor, left lights on, there was a smell through the house when I returned which I could not identify, locked cat in bathroom for five hours until I returned home and let it out. Inaccuracies in report such as gas fireplace has no flue, it does. Poor quality observations and judgements ie, four year old roof needs replacing.
When a seller returns home after an inspection, you dont expect to find blinds out of sorts, furniture out of place, access covers and panels left removed, one of which is damaged with the retaining screw missing. Ok, move on. To find items in the report that are described incorrectly makes one question the experience of the inspector.
