I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent visit to Dr. Brian Siu’s after-hours clinic. After waiting approximately an hour and a half, I left the appointment feeling unwelcome, uncomfortable, and as though my presence had been an inconvenience. They need to change their front line recipient staff specially the middle age African American curley grey hair wears glasses ( not uploading her face as I respect her privacy - where she has no respect to human being) we were just inquiring about their walk in and as we went 2 hours earlier was just asking if we can check in and talking to a different person. I would have gave zero Stars because of how rude the lady was on the phone. gynecologist wants me to chase her around as she cancels appointments and restates them. No one has time for you or childish interactments you answer phones for a living. There's no reason for you to be rude when a customer says no. They do not want to make a new appointment with the doctor because they don't want to chase them around. Please cancel my referral. I did not need all that attitude
Receptionists are very friendly. The office itself is clean and spacious. Doctor is great too.
