Helpful and a great family doctor
Been going here for over a decade and always had amazing service. If my Dr is not available I am seen by another.
The receptionist is very rude - the after hours clinic is jam packed and usually stops accepting patients by 6 pm. The doctors are great but the desk staff are disrespectful, unapologetic and down right rude.
March 19 I will be going into have a spinal cord stimulator put in. This is revealent to this medical center because Dr Ryan Chadwick saw me in the emergency and completely blew me off, ran zero tests and didn't even examine me..I had bacterial infection eating my spine..this infection could have been treated and I would have recovered.. but instead I had emergency spinal fusion, I have been living with 8 or 9 out of 10 pain for 4 years... my legs are almost usless and I walk with a cane.. I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent visit to Dr. Brian Siu’s after-hours clinic. After waiting approximately an hour and a half, I left the appointment feeling unwelcome, uncomfortable, and as though my presence had been an inconvenience.
