This lending firm is a complete joke. They legally stole our property investment away from the passive investment community forcing a complete loss of principal for all investors. It was clear all along that they wanted to take the property away from us rather than work with us on the loan details. After CoviD, they looked for every reason / clause to take the property over in order to flip it for pennies on the dollar. If you are an real estate investment firm, stay away from these guys. #chelsea
