I've had a good experience here so far. I've had a unit for about 2 years now, and it's the first storage company I've used in a long time that hasn't been more stressful than helpful. They didn't lie about rates or raise them after 3 months, I've had no hassles or headaches, and I've been treated well when I need to interact with staff. I have recommended and will do so again.

Great experience. Great amount of space for price-- I compared to other storage locations nearby. Loved the staff and the friendly courtesy reminder for payment if for some reason it did not go through. Thanks!

I rented a Penske truck from this location. According to the website and the sign on the front door they are open until 6. When I returned the truck at 5:50 the door was locked. The employee was outside sitting in his truck. I asked him to check me in, and was told " the computer is already turned off" and there's nothing he could do. I would not recommend this location.
