I have rented from these guys more than once over the years and have always had great experiences. Properties are well maintained and management are friendly and easy to get hold of. Would definitely do business with them again.
Easily one of the shadiest companies you can do business with. My experience started by my answering a craigslist add from the tenant of a property owned by this company. The tenant was fantastic, very nice guy, he was attempting to find someone to take over his lease so he could move in with his girlfriend, which I was fine with as I've been searching for months to find a home.
