Dr Cowan will throw you a curve ball at the worst time. He has wrote needed prescriptions for me for 4 years then without notice he decides he not prescribing that medication anymore. A little notice would be fine but I didn't get that. I greatly appreciate your carelessness, Dr Cowan. Also, appreciate that you decided to throw me this curve ball during hard times.
