What a perfect Company. Really knowledgeable Techs - solved my problem extremely quickly.
My HVAC unit stopped working on the night of 1/16 and the service tech was out early this next morning. He clearly showed me the holes in the heat exchanger and I was told they needed to turn the gas off for my safety. They were prompt getting me a quote for a new unit and the unit was installed 2 days after I received the quote. The office ladies were so kind and professional as well as the installers. When our entire system stopped working, we contacted Thornton's & received incredible service & price, much quicker than anticipated. Installers arrived on time, conducted themselves professionally, & remained on site until I was completely satisfied. When an unforseen issue occurred, due to an irregularity I'm my home structure, the installers were able to fabricate what was needed, on site, & left my property in great condition. I recommend Thornton's wholeheartedly.
