Unfortunately, this is by far the worst Thorntons I’ve ever visited. The store manager, George, has repeatedly exhibited hostile behavior toward customers—particularly teenagers and young adults. I’ve personally witnessed him follow customers around the store and accuse them of stealing without clear cause. His behavior comes across as aggressive and discriminatory. It’s clean, but the stalls in the women’s restroom are broken. And this place has only been open for like a year.

The employees are incredibly kind and respectful. I truly hope each and every one get the recognition they deserve. I go in a couple times a week and have always had a greeting from one or several of the employees. Recently went in and had a pleasant conversation with Carl. I had to let him know how amazing everyone has been. I apologize to the other employees for not being able to name drop them in this review. They are all amazing. I truly hope you get recognized.
