I was trying to pay for a slushy and my card was declined because it was locked. So I tried again with my other card, and this guy named Joe, who works there, asked for my card like he was going to help me. He took my card without even saying a word to the back room only where the employees can access. I asked him what he was doing with my card, and he told me that my card was stolen, which is a complete lie now. I'm afraid he might have stolen my card information because who and they are right, they can take someone's card.

Worker that drives the silver infinity(car looks like it’s been through a world war) has to be the most disrespectful employee I’ve come across. This is the second time I’ve gone to this location around 10pm-12am and he’s acted as if I’m wasting his time by asking him a question or for something behind the counter. First time it took me 15 mins to find him only to see him in the back room with his headphones on listening to music

Unfortunately, this is by far the worst Thorntons I’ve ever visited. The store manager, George, has repeatedly exhibited hostile behavior toward customers—particularly teenagers and young adults. I’ve personally witnessed him follow customers around the store and accuse them of stealing without clear cause. His behavior comes across as aggressive and discriminatory.
