If i could give Ari 10 stars i would. Ari always greets us with a smile and friendly voice "GOOD MORNING " she says while all the time making sure we can find whatever it is that we maybe looking for. Knowledgeable on services and products never making us feel rushed. I have watched her handle rude customers with the same courtesy she gives us all. Ari is definitely an asset to Thorntons and should be recognized for her above and beyond mentality. Thank You for your Service Ari we appreciate YOU!!!!!!!!!!!
I got to the store and it was closed at 1:17 AM There was someone in there. Idk if this is a new Thorntons thing u guys do.
Despite being well inside the posted ness owner, the employee slammed the door in my face and locked it before I even made it to the door. I was coming from a dinner out so it’s not like I could’ve looked suspicious or anything. Guess I won’t go to this location anymore.
