I had forgotten to leave the dolly, it got hidden behind some boxes in the house. I found it and returned it 10 days after we returned the truck. The guy was extremely rude and only acknowledged me when I informed him I thought it was in the truck but only nodded his head. DID NOT SAY ONE WORD TO ME. 2 weeks after I returned that dolly, i get a charge on my card for $167!!!! Will never use or recommend them EVER!!!!
This place is a rip off. We rented a Uhaul from them put a CASH deposit then they refused to refund us our money because they didn't put the deposit in the system. They didn't even attempt to fix it for us making up every excuse they could. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!
Great Self Storage Great service and a clean facility, love the locks that can't be broken into.
