Thornton Properties have managed the property where I live for about 5 yrs.They have always taken care of any problems quickly.Everyone at Thornton Properties are friendly and nice people to do business with and would recommend them they do a wonderful job.
Rentals are some of the most overpriced in the area. They put many stipulations and arbitrary rules on their rental properties. I would look elsewhere, unless you enjoy being ripped off. They also hate pets, you won't see a single location that doesn't have "NO PETS" sloppily copy-and-pasted into the description. Give your business to less greedy renters, these corporate property managers are why rent has skyrocketed in this area.

They were really rude and disrespectful. Told me to never call or text again. Treated me worse than a dog. We had an appointment to see a house in Albertville on September 14 2023 and my wife broke her upper arm and we couldn't make it. So they showed me what kind of people they are. Sorry.
