We had a sewer backup smell in one bath. Was told immediately the toilet had to be pulled and a new ring put on. In addition I wanted the shut off valve replaced and a new tank kit installed, which I had purchased. Was given an estimate of $600 and in the end was charged $750 +/-. The workers left then came back because they had left tools behind. Good thing because they had forgotten to turn the water back on. When I tested the toilet it would not flush. Excellent Service! Always remember when my UV light bulb needed changed yearly!
I had a pipe bust & my water softener was damaged at the same time. I called & they scheduled me from 11 to 1. Richard & Zachary were here early & very knowledgeable & courteous. They were able to get everything fixed in about 4 hours. Only issue was their van became stuck in the snow covered alley. Did I mention that this was on Martin Luther King Day & it was snowing & 17 degrees! Thanks guys!

The actual fix and most of the entire deal went fine. The frustration lies in Nate providing orders/invoices in chicken scratch. Also, I guess the 10 times my wife exclaimed, "whatever, just make sure there's no brass left" didn't quite resonate as his finished work order that had already been fully funded somehow managed to leave one piece of brass in my bathroom. No worries for Nate, however, as he nickel-and-dimed his way to an additional $200, amidst my complete anger. He missed it on the front end and let his mistake st... read more

I only gave them one star because there is no option for 0. The gentleman that came out lied through his teeth. He lied to get a sale when he didn't have too. My water heater was bad and needed to be replaced period. He told me I had black mold behind it (it was soot). He said the black stuff on the top side was because the glass inside cracked and it was ready to catch fire or blow up (It was from the flute). He said I needed to replace all my pipes (not true). I called Paramedics and they were amazing.

So prompt and professional! Said they would arrive between 2-4 and were here at 2:01! I don't know anything about plumbing and each time they came out, were able to quickly identify the problem and fix it fast. Very friendly! Highly recommend!
