8/1/2019 Review (Fast version at bottom) I set up an appointment with JJ to get my water heater flushed (#1 Priority) and to get a quote on a water softener system since they would be there (afterthought). Both Nate and JJ came out for the visit, but JJ had a phone call so I dealt primarily with Nate. Nate fixated on selling me a water softener. Great team at Thornton Plumbing. Our main water line busted and had to be replaced from the street to our house. Nate and JJ came out and were absolutely amazing. His team started the job two days later and had everything completed in one day. My husband and I would highly recommend Thornton Plumbing and will definitely call them again for any further plumbing needs.
Nate and JJ came to my house to try and figure out what was leaking from my laundry room. Leak was appearing to come up from under the tile and leaking into living room and underneath wood floor. I was thinking it was a slab leak or a leak in the main line. They went through all the possible scenerios and checked everything, washer, water softener, etc. It was deterimined that the leak was more than likely the water heater as it was nearing 20 years old. Nate and his assistant tackled a mystery clog in the kitchen which required two separate attempts to clear it. The first day it appeared the clog had been fixed, and we had him also repair two outside faucets and another leak in the garage. After they left, we ran water in the garage sink which caused the kitchen sink to back up again. Nate returned the next day to clear the drain again and was successful. He clearly explained his work, what the charge would be and left everything in great shape. Would recommend!
