The best description is “lipstick on a pig”. It looks great as long as you don’t look too closely. The office staff is impossible to reach or get anything done. The only way to ensure communication is by going in. Then you’ll be lucky if you get a straight answer then. I still have nails coming UP through my floors that have not been addressed. Lack of response after multiple emails and phone calls. Delays in maintenance requests.
So far, every maintenance issue I have had has been handled in a timely manner, which is really great. The apartment layouts are great and the grounds are well kept. Neighbors can be noisy (yelling a lot and loud music at night) The main issue I have is you pay for amenities, but only have access to most of them if the office is open. You cannot reserve the club house or use it after the office is closed. Many other apartment complexes allow it if you have a scan card (which we do have). Overall, would recommend.
