Horrible apartment complex!!!!! NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER COME HERE!!!!!! Roaches EVERYWHERE!!!!!! Even when I open the front door they come in. Wholes under the sink that connect with the wall and behind the dish washer!!!!!! Whole is so big we can’t patch it up. The roaches are in the walls. We even have roaches in the bathroom. So first of all I want to give a shout out for JR the maintenance man, I woke up today with no cool air and put in request and JR came over within the hour! He was polite and courteous and fixed the problem. I had a real bad review on here from a few years ago when things were so bad so I wanted to do an update and say, I moved from a apartment here to a different one and this is my 8th lease with century deerwood. Es muy acogedor, tiene todo incluido, excelente, area desportiva, gym, 2 piscinas, snookers, club etc. Y mucha seguridad, lo recomiendo, hay muchas areas de relajamiento e paseo. El personal de mantenimiento responde con prontitud.
If you’re looking for an affordable complex that has great floor plans, this is the perfect place! Other than the floor plans, you will be highly disappointed. You do not have access to amenities unless you work remotely at home. Amenities are only open during business hours and are locked up early. Have been told for years they are working on fob access and yet no movement. There is a high turn over here and maintenance could use a lot of work.
