Everyone is so communicative and amazing. I’ve had nothing but positive and good experiences so far.
If I could give zero stars I would, please stay away from this property management company. Especially if you have small children. I won’t be posting or going into too much detail until this matter has been settled, it is sad that the situation has come this far. Well, I’m glad you’ve got the pictures — if you can also send along the receipts for those $35 Home Depot locks you billed at $350 and $15 blinds magically costing $600 for 4 blinds, that would be fantastic. It’ll be interesting to see if the “cost schedule” matches the actual materials and labor, or if we’re just talking about gold-plated hardware and unicorn-woven blinds. Thornton Management: Where your security deposit goes to die. We rented a big townhouse for one year—just me, my wife, and a small dog. We left it cleaner than we got it. And how did they thank us? With a bill that makes it look like we hosted a demolition derby inside. When we moved in, the bathrooms were freshly painted. How nice, right?
