I would give 0 stars if I could. While renting with this company I was without a shower for almost two weeks waiting for a work order to be approved. After moving out I did not get an explanation of why I was charged on my security deposit. I am responsible for paying the utilities after I move out and my lease is over? You have to pay a fee to get the apartment rekeyed even though this should be routine maintenance? Honestly, felt like I was being scammed after moving out. Look elsewhere
These people deserve 5 negative stars because they are sending me to debt collectors for a property I moved out at the end of the lease and the last tenant moved out in May and now they can't seem to see my lease was over in September but still sending me to collection even though I was not on a legal lease with them when these charges occurred they are scammers and the will be having a lawsuit against them very soon
Easy paperwork process and payment portal. My bank made a mistake assuming a double payment was made and Thornton were professional and understanding(especially since I messaged them obnoxiously early in the AM) as I was able to correct the mistake quickly. Minimal stress move in effort. So excited!
Everyone is so communicative and amazing. I’ve had nothing but positive and good experiences so far.
