Describing our experience with this repair agent as "horrible" would be exceptionally nice. Our car has been in since December, it's now April, and we are getting the car back still requiring work but are over paying for a rental vehicle. Not once have we been called with an update, only us contacting them or the insurance company. Avoid this business at all costs and don't let your insurance send your car there!
Went in to get a quote for insurance repair as it’s my insurance company preferred repairer. They took 3!!! Weeks to write up the quote and then advised the insurance company that they don’t want to do the job. Absolute rudeness and a waste of time! Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
They have a busy workshop and are so busy that they are only doin insurance work at the moment
