I sent in three inquiry forms on their website with no response so I called the location and explained that I live 7 hours away from this store but was willing to drive to pick up a select piece of furniture. I simply asked that the price be given to me over the phone so I could decide if it was within my budget. They refused to give me this information over the phone, told me I would have to come into the store and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to their supervisor. Buyer beware!!!! We ordered a Lazy Boy suite in October of 2020 and were told that it would be here by February of 2021. Oh and we had to put 50% down. Well around the end of February after not hearing anything from Thornton, we called to check on the status of our order and we’re told “it’s on a truck.” Great we though!
