I had been struggling with back pain for years until I ran into Dr. Thornton while exiting Panda Express. Initially I did know he was a Doctor or of his practice, I merely inquired about the advertisement on his shirt. After speaking with the Doctor, he kindly recommended I come in for a visit. Doctor Glen Thornton and staff provide amazing service. The improvement I have experienced since going there for treatment of neck and back pain is nothing short of amazing. The environment at the office is one of caring and compassion. The doctor is an amazing wealth of knowledge and the staff goes above and beyond to make visits a delightful experience.

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Absolutely! They were very entertaining! Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Was this chiropractor friendly? Extremely Friendly Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!
