The customer service by Courtney and service supervisor Andy were terrible. A day after I had gotten four new tires on Friday, I was heading up to state college for Penn State game that Saturday when 30 minutes driving I realized I was losing ten pounds of air pressure, I stopped at Sheetz in Duncannon filled up with air and checked for mail or screws but everything was clean, I then called Thornton Chevrolet in Manchester telling Courtney about my problem she said I could bring it back to shop I said I’m literally on my way... read more
