Excellent customer service. No hidden fees. I drove 2 hours to do business with Thornhill Toyota. I even passed 7 Toyota dealerships on the way to Thornhill Toyota. The best price by far. I bought a 2026 4Runner and saved $5,000 going to Thornhill Toyota. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to visit Thornhill.

Went to see why my car was getting hot on the back driver side wheel September of 25 paid almost $800 to have rotor brake put on brakes retracted and the caliper because the caliper was supposedly sticking then I go back in October to see why it's still doing it they say they find nothing wrong. Then I go back April 16th 2026 and I get charged another $100 because they are finding hot spots on my break and rotor and they said they would warranty the parts but yet I paid out another $100 only to still have the problem.
