Redwood living has been wonderful. They are so quick to respond and address any maintenance issue! Thank you Redwood, especially Kim and Charlie, for all you do for us.

During the initial leasing process we had a specific discussion with Kim about the noise issues we had at a previous rental and the way management did nothing to address it. We were assured that Redwood Living had a zero tolerance policy on noise and that the specific line item in the lease regarding noise would be enforced.
