If I could give zero stars I would. Please go elsewhere (unless you like obnoxious receptionists and a doctor who was rude and condescending). The clinic is shiny on the outside, but they clearly ONLY prioritize money coming into their clinic. There was no basic human dependency and no basic communication skills. I’m a professional who works in healthcare for one of our local hospitals. We would never treat patients this way. This clinic is deplorable.
Horrible clinic with absolutely heartless staff. My mom, who is a senior, had to pay a huge amount of money for a simple treatment with liquid nitrogen. The treatment caused complications, the staff got informed but no one ever called back to follow up and help. Stay away!
Absolute disaster of a clinic. Went in to get a wart frozen. “Dr doesn’t even say hi. Doesn’t give me any information about what he’s about to do. Doesn’t tell me anything about after affects. Couldn’t walk for a week. Had the worst pain I’ve ever had in my life. “DR” couldn’t care less. Don’t even get me started with the receptionist. Rude. Too busy. Scheduled an appointment for a year from now without first reaching out to me. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere
