I called to speak to the service department about my 2018 Jeep Cherokee getting a transmission flush with a new filter. After continuously being put back on hold I gave up. They didn't want to service vehicles like that then they should go back to putting a turn mission dipstick in new vehicles again so we can go back to doing it ourself. I also needed other work done to my jeep, cabin filter fuel filter oil change radiator & so on. But I guess that was to much to handle.
Purchased a Ram 2500 cummins last week off my buddy Eric Pauley. I have bought serveral vehicles off of him and it’s always been an easy buying experience.
