I enjoyed my 18 months living here. The units are VERY nice and the floorplan very well thought out. Lawncare is also well taken care of. I had one with new appliances. There isn't a lot of staff, but I'm pretty low-maintanence, and every time I had an issue, it was resolved within a couple of days. Jane, the property manager, can be pretty straight-forward, which is fine. She's running a business.The rent prices have recently gone up quite a lot, but again that's business. Carmel isn't cheap.
My experience was wonderful. We made sure to respect the property we rented for over a year and took care of it as it was our own property. When moving out, I did the cleaning and made sure it was left in better condition then we got it. Always paid rent on time. I would recommend this company to any respectful folks out there. Take care of the property and pay your rent on time and I can promise you, you will not have any issues.
maintenance Free . the staff is friendly . the units are impeccable . very few issues and when I did have issues they were resolved . friendly and felxible payment methods.

Living there wasn't bad aside from our neighbors. My issue is we just moved out recently in August after living there for two full years, and my phone call with the landlord was far less than stellar. I called and basically got chewed out over the phone about the state of the house. She was claiming it was disgusting when we cleaned everything.
