This company was looking after our property for years. When the board started asking detailed questions about finances or asking why repairs weren't made to the property after the annual inspection , we were dismissed. We hired a new property management company and we found so many issues that were ignored before. Be careful if you're considering this company. They don't like people asking questions nor do they care if you've been with them for a long time.
Cannot give a rating due to the fact that the service from this company has been getting worse over time. Phone calls go to Voice Mail and Emails are not even acknowledged. Overall the Business has been very poorly run since the retirement of Sue Size. I have outside structural damage and after three months am still waiting for a reply from someone. My last question is why are we paying a fee for an non existent service.
