Working with Thorne Plumbing was fantastic! When my water heater unexpectedly went out, they worked with me to get it replaced the same day. They were extremely helpful and had excellent communication. Dustin, the plumber who did my install, was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Would highly recommend working with this team on any project.
Non existent communication. March 6 - Called to schedule a tankless water install. They said they were busy and booking three weeks out. March 13 - After shopping around and finding they were the best rate in town, I accepted the wait time and called them back to confirm it. They told me someone would call me back to schedule it. April 13 - As it had been four weeks since booking and they told me three weeks, I called back to check in on scheduling this as I had not heard from anyone.
