If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Since moving in my rent has increased every year and the only thing that has changed is my inability to have packages delivered. EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE of mine has been stolen. To the point where I have stopped having things delivered to my apartment. When I shared frustrations with the building manager, they expressed to me that packages were my responsibility. Highly recommend finding a different overpriced luxury building elsewhere.
It is not possible to contact anyone who manages here or anyone in Charlesgate more broadly. Their entire operation is run via chatbots and they are never on site. They also use Boom for applications so copy and paste all their problems here.
I lived here for 4 years and could not wait to get out. The building is currently for sale, so they won't spend money to fix anything. They've done basically no regular maintenance on anything. Many of the HVAC systems are in disrepair causing astronomical electric bills ($700+/mo in winter). Unhoused people are sleeping in the lobby and packages are frequently stolen. Deleted last review after management resolved a tour scheduling issue. Management has been very kind and after visiting the site and speaking with the leasing agent I feel that all my concerns/questions were answered. Will update review if I lease here.
