Coming back to update: packages are still actively getting stolen and management isn’t doing anything to prevent this from happening. Management here is very unprofessional and inconsistent. Packages are stolen almost daily and nothing is done to address it or improve security. Parking enforcement is also inconsistent. Cars are regularly towed, but certain vehicles are left untouched for no clear reason. The property manager is also not very personable and interactions often feel dismissive. Couldn’t find better management, and a nicer place to live in Lowell!! Location is unbelievably convenient, the building offers amenities that you couldn’t even find in high end places in Boston and these apartments are kept up better than any other place I’ve ever lived at in Lowell. 10/10. Would recommend.
I’ve lived here for the past year, and overall it has been an amazing place to call home. The apartments themselves are beautiful with lots of natural light, exposed brick, soaring ceilings, oversized windows, and upgraded finishes throughout that give the space a modern yet warm feel. If I could give this place 0/5 stars I would. Since moving in my rent has increased every year and the only thing that has changed is my inability to have packages delivered. EVERY SINGLE PACKAGE of mine has been stolen. To the point where I have stopped having things delivered to my apartment. When I shared frustrations with the building manager, they expressed to me that packages were my responsibility. Highly recommend finding a different overpriced luxury building elsewhere.
It is not possible to contact anyone who manages here or anyone in Charlesgate more broadly. Their entire operation is run via chatbots and they are never on site. They also use Boom for applications so copy and paste all their problems here.
