Initially chose this place based on proximity to NPS and cost, but was impressed during my stay. The apartment manager takes care of the property, fair and to the point, and enforces the rules; the lawn care is maintained throughout the year, the buildings are sprayed for bugs often, and the maintenance team is always putting quality work into the place.
