These people will treat you great until you give them a move out notice, and when you move, they will try to charge you everything they can, such as the last month of rent that you have already paid, insufficient move out notice even when you show them proof of that you gave a 30 days notice as stated in the lease I gave the the notice on 06-28-24 and moved out on 07-28-24 and sitll charged me for it. *updating 1 month after our move out (we were on a 13 month lease). Moving this down from 3 stars to 1. I am happy to say we moved out of Thorncroft Farms. The complex onboarded an app to try to help with parking, but all it did was charge you to reserve covered spaces by the day that weren’t already reserved by someone full time. The spots are super tight so honestly unless you have a small sedan and maybe parking at an angle in some spots, it would be extremely tough. I lived here for two and half years. The location of apartment is fantastic. My overall experience living here was awesome. Service requests are always dealt with promptly. Overall a great place to live!!!
