Other than a single trip to Summit Ford for service (iffy) my Fiesta ST has been serviced right here since new in 2014. The team (especially Colin my Advisor) genuinely looks out for my best interests. Their enthusiasm is palpable, their candid recommendations laudable, the work performed right the first time every time. Terrible service when issuing spare parts. I ordered spare parts. I arrived on the day they were supposed to be delivered. But I was told that the delivery was coming, to wait 20 minutes, but neither in 20 minutes nor in an hour did anything arrive. I asked them to call me back when the spare parts arrived, because I had to keep working. They were rude and said they would not call anyone. I was very upset, and I lost time and money.
Jas was great to work with, very personable and helpful. Would definitely recommend this dealership to others.
