We had the pleasure of being assisted by Barbara Rudzki. We walked in without an appointment, just to check things out and ended up trading our old car and purchasing the vehicle we had our eye on-all in the same day! From the moment we arrived, Barbara was welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly efficient. She made the entire process stress-free, answering all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Highly recommend Barbara!

This is a along review but heed my warnings about dealing with this dealership Summer 2021 – Detailing Incident I brought my vehicle in for a full detail at Thorncrest Ford after being told they offered professional detailing services. I specifically requested a deep clean. When I picked it up, I discovered the paint on my running boards had been pressure-washed off. Worse, they tried to cover it up—and when I brought it to their attention, they claimed I had done it, despite the fact that I don’t even own a pressure washer.... read more
