I tried for several days to apply for an apartment that was not showing on the website. Finally I sat down with Tammy and she got me in and helped me with my application. I am so grateful that she helped me to get it completed ( I wanted this apartment because its on the bottom floor and me and my husband has hip issues) .
**DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! Most disrespectful and insane leasing experience I have ever had.** We were originally drawn to this complex because of their renovated model apartment the spacious open-concept layout, light grey flooring, beautiful finishes, literally every girl’s dream apartment. Me and my husband came to lease here we like to go twice and look at the area and neighborhood before we actually move in,in the day time and at night..they passed it was clean and quiet...my heart was set on moving to this place it was 2b,2ba,2b1ba...we looked at the video at HOME which we stay far away..we set the appointment to do a WALK through of the unit...once there me and my husband was not greeted two people sitting in front desk empty and again no one greated us...once they lady came out to show us a unit,...they d... read more
The only reason I give this 2 stars is because the delays they’ve been having has caused me great amount of anxiety. Delayed my entire moving process which cost me financially. All I wanted to know was my status for the unit. I’ve done my part and still no answers. I will like to point out that Crystal & Eric has been great. It’s just the delays has been a huge problem. I’ve been waiting close to 2 months now. This saddens me because I really like the unit I picked out.
