I just wanted to leave a review to recognize Crystal at Thornbury At Chase Oaks. Dealing with customers every day is honestly really hard, especially when people are upset or frustrated, and I feel like that doesn’t get enough credit. Even with all of that, Crystal stays patient, professional, and continues to do her job with a lot of effort and care. My experience has been positive for apartment living. The staff has always been helpful to me. I haven’t had bugs or rodents in the 3 years I’ve been here. I like it ok for an apartment lifestyle.
Rodrick was extremely helpful, I didn’t even think that people could be that nice and helpful. Yeah he made everything super easy and understandable.
Why do they tell me to call if every day I'm going to ask for your help and they never have a solution the only thing they do is make excuses it's the worst place to live the maintenance service is terrible the waiting times are exaggerated they don't care about the conditions in which their residents live, the corridors are always dirty, the entrance doors are always damaged and the overcosts in the bills are meaningless and you are terrible to help. 4 days with this problem, one person whit asma live in the apartment and has to be nebulice multiple times at day, the apartment has a terrible smell of mold and the “awesome” manager is hidden of us
