I work for an apartment management company, I will say a lot of these reviews do not do the leasing staff at Thornbury any justice. Darius was very informative and answered every question I had. He had such positive energy during the whole tour, I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment home at Thornbury to speak with Darius. The assistant Property Manager Tammie was very nice as well, she came out to greet me while Darius was giving me information about the property.
Tammi Arias is so lovely and she helped us out with getting such a good deal on our apartment. She really made our day.
Update: It is currently 80 degrees in our apartment at NIGHT. We have NO timeline on when it will be fixed and no other solution from them that wouldn't come out of OUR pocket! Do NOT move here! This place is terrible in every aspect. They'll move you into places that need maintenance and NEVER fix them. They'll keep making excuses and not update you, and you'll be stuck in a loop requesting an update. There is a disgusting mold smell from the bathroom. So, I am writing this review form my car lol. I had a tour scheduled for 11am. When I got here, no one acknowledged me. No one walked out of there offices, though the two women clearly seen me because I walked to their door. I also even sat in the waiting area and called and I heard the phone ring and I watched the young lady hang up the phone. She answered without saying hello, and disconnected the call.
