I had Lowe's deliver a new washing machine to replace my old one. The delivery people said they couldn't install the new machine because they couldn't remove the hoses from the old one. They said I would have to contact my apartment maintenance staff and have them remove the hoses, then they would come back out and install the new machine. That seemed a bit odd to me. theirs trash all over the complex I go outside to pick up some of it all the time but people have used the complex as their personal dumpster. And the valet trash people don't care if things spill out the bags they will leave it on the ground. Been here for a few months now and don't see no improvement with this issue.
