The staff here is insufferable. I was interested in a one bedroom unit. I was able to get in touch with the leasing department and they told me that they didn’t have any one bedroom units for me to tour and they “didn’t know” when they would be available. Why are you actively listing units that future residents can’t tour not even a model unit to look at. Mind you they couldn’t even provide me pictures of said units. My sister requested a lease for six months specifically because that’s how long she was planning on staying in the city. She was assured they could do it. They got the paperwork ready and she didn’t realize when signing that they had marked the date for a year. When she realized they had done the paperwork wrong, she informed them and showed them the emails showing they had agreed on six months. They refused to change the date (even though it was all their doing) and ended up charging her almost $2,000 to “break” the lease a... read more
Tammie was the ABSOLUTE greatest. I was almost in tears by the end of the tour. She listened to all of our needs/wants. Along with our budget and made what felt like difficult task so easy and comfortable. If I could leave her 10 more reviews I would.
Tammie was an extraordinary help and welcoming presence. My fiance and I had a great tour of the apartments, very spacious and quiet. All expectations were exceeded!!
