These apartments are a Scam. After I paid my application fee and deposit, I was approved for an apartment but they refused to let me move in Makenzie was weird and very unprofessional. She was intentionally trying to stop me from moving in and giving me my money back. This place is trash.
dont even bother going in. Tammy is so rude and has a bad attitude from the start, its clear she hates her job. even though you hate your job these are peoples homes you are selling. Have some respect in the way you talk to potential residents. She rolls her eyes, heavy sighs, and makes you feel stupid for asking a simple question. I asked her “whats included in the rent” she said “NOTHING.” and stared at me dead in the eye for a minute. Don't rent here. I just moved in. I have no air. No hot water. Whole tank has to be replaced. Apartment was not ready to be lived in. Roaches roaches roaches!!! I am going to take legal action to get out of here. DON'T MOVE HERE
