If the place you are looking to rent is managed by Thornburg and Associates -- RUNNNN!!! Like one of the previous reviews stated, they are trying to cheat us out of our security deposit. The owner is VERY rude when asking general questions. Upon moving out she made mention of damages that were being taken out of our deposit that we included on the move-in inspection form. Never get to repairs. They try to cheat you out of your security deposit. Save yourself and don't rent from them.
We were good tenants. We always paid rent on time and never complained. When we moved out, they screwed us over. They charged us for normal wear and tear like $16 for replacing working smoke alarm batteries, carpet cleaning when there are no stains on the carpet, general cleaning, and other stuff. DONT RENT FROM THORNBURG & ASSOCIATES. Be warned!!
