Todd (the owner) is truly a family man. He's a hands on owner that knows what it like to live in this economy. I was a week out from a long trip I had planned and all of a sudden, like over night I started hearing a "scraping from hell" noise in my brakes. My usual repair shop couldn't even see me for a few days, and they often have to order out for parts so I looked for another shop and landed on Thornberry's Auto Service. A day later the car was road worthy and humming. The job was done quickly, with no fuss, and done to my complete satisfaction. I will be going back. Good people and they did right by me.
Todd and his team at Thornberry’s Auto Service are really great! I definitely recommend them to anyone. I had a very unique job where I wanted specific special-order parts. They happily worked with me (being the difficult and particular person I am) the whole way and were excellent communicators. Pricing was extremely fair, especially since I had a difficult job.
