This is a horror. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND NEVER SIGN ANYTHING ON THEIR HONOR OR YOU WILL BE IN TROUBLE.
My time at Thornberry was not always the greatest but I must say that the most recent staff changes in the office have been the best thing going for this complex in my three years as a resident. They are courteous and responsive. I was ready to leave until I saw that there were professionals willing to make a difference in resident relations. As long as the staffing quality stays at this level I will continue to reside here and refer others to do the same.
I have been staying hear over 5years and each year it goes down. Work orders are never addressed. A lot of apratments there are roach infested also full of mold and mildew. Air conditioners dont work, some ghetto people have resulted in air conditioners in the window. The police and fire department basically live in there. Car are always stolen.
