They never answer the phone or never in the office to help us with anything ..
Nice looking places. Clean. If a business wants to hire a person you really need to update your application. Something’s you ask on it isn’t allowed. Everyone, including one who’s filling it out can get in trouble. HR course for my business. I know the buildings, I worked in similar ones.
Maintenance has stolen from me, I've lived here for 3 years, CONSTANT maintenance issues and landlords changing, The City of Columbus is CONSTANTLY out here... And to add insult to injury, I pay my rent EARLY EVERY month....I received this... Which was also BACK DATED to the 11th. It was posted on my door over the course of a holiday weekend... During the EVENING👀.... Yet they have the unmitigated GALL to increase rent as well🤷🤷
Don't move here the maintenance doesn't know what they are doing the apartments leak water kitchen drawers don't work and any repairs requested they might get around to it if they like you. You can do so much better.
