We appreciate Thorn Ave seeing our sick cat today in the midst of social distancing. They did an amazing job, came out to the car to retrieve my cat, spoke immediately on the phone with the doctor, and paid our bill through an exterior window. Every detail was covered including excellent care. Thank you!!

today we had to euthanize our 9 year old cat that suddenly and rapidly declined in health over the last few days. thorn avenue took us as an emergency appointment and were so kind, patient and honest with us. cost was a huge concern for us at this time and the prices were reasonable and they didn't push anything on us. for just meeting them, I feel like they genuinely cared for my kitty and felt sympathy for our loss.
Dr. Nate was very thorough with my puppies. I trust him and even my dogs don't mind going to him.
