Went for resolution to problem and he didn’t even look at my skin. Told me to see my Dr about anxiety. Of course I have anxiety, skin hurts and itches! Gave me cortisone cream.
Very disappointed in the service and professionalism I experienced. Dr Franklin was not knowledgeable in treatment options and services for my skin concerns. He did not obtain a thorough patient history or perform a compete assessment. I left the appointment with no resolution or treatment plan for my problems.
He is a pleasure to see. Listens to you, takes care of you and sends you off feeling you are going to be okay.

Dr. Thorla treated me for a rare skin condition and did an excellent job. At the time, I could not have been happier. Then I developed a rare skin condition no one knew what it was. At that point, it became futile to see Dr Thorla and I sought treatment elsewhere. In vain. I’m happy to say, 9 years later we moved. I went to my GP from years ago. Professional and knowledgeable!
I will NOT recommend Dr Frank Johnson to anyone I know . My son saw him for a Pilondial Cyst . Was given antibiotics and told we would receive a call in a couple days with results from culture . Was never told of the pain & infection that could be expected . The next day my son was in so much pain he could not sit. Cyst burst and the drainage was like nothing I have ever seen . Tara is very professional and is an expert in the field of Dermatology! My daughter was seen in her office in September 2019. A treatment plan and diagnosis was given to her, and now her skin issue has cleared up. 10 Stars for Tara Rheubottom!!!
Will never go anywhere else again! Amazing. Gave free service. Paperwork was almost completely filled out for us. We showed up late and they were so kind about it. He checked us over gave us information with pictures and then froze skin tags off completely free of charge. Wow!! So friendly so kind. Praise God for Great Doctors
