My family member was here for inpatient psychiatric care for 5 days. I had concerns after reading negative reviews. I was able to communicate with staff members every day who were professional and courteous. The staff immediately addressed concerns I had. Since I was not able to travel to bring clothes I shipped some essentials to the unit and that was handled by the staff greatly as well. I was able to speak to my family member several times a day.
