Excellent service. Arrived punctually and prepared. We accompanied him throughout the entire inspection, and he pointed out and patiently explained for us everything he was noting in his report. Report was clear, easy to read, and included plenty of photos. In short, I definitely recommend Thor Wiebe to anyone in the Marshall area in need of a home inspection. His prices are competitive, and his service is top notch.

He was great. He showed up early so he could get on the roof and walk the perimeter before the rain came. He was easy to talk to as we followed him around the home. He answered all of our questions and put a lot of effort into informing us about our prospective home. When he was done he spent his remaining time writing his report and making sure he didn't miss anything and that we didn't have any final questions.
