Thor Strength is the first gym I’ve ever joined and I’m so glad I did! I had been too nervous in the past to workout in gyms and so had been doing home workouts for over a decade, never really making any substantial progress. I’ve never been a fan of working out. PK has changed that so now I actually look forward to workouts. I’m a healthy 64-year-old female who needed help with strength training and PK knew exactly what I needed. He is very knowledgeable, his gym is very clean and neat and he is just wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Thor Strength!
I’ve been going to PK at Thor for a year now and it’s great! He personalizes goals and pays attention to everyone’s work outs and individual needs. I’ve had a lot of success getting more fit!

Awesome friendly environment and very clean. I went in today to do some strongman training and was surprised by how clean and orderly it was. The owner and all the members of the gym were extremely friendly and always willing to talk or help if you needed it.
