I’m not even a Ford customer, but I got a flat tire this morning and Thor was the closest place I could get to while I still had some air. The service was impeccable, they even offered me a loaner car to drop my kids off at school. Very thankful for and impressed by everyone there.
Sales team is excellent. Next step is to see how service after the sale goes.
They were suppose to change the brake fluid when I had warranty and did not so my bill was really bad high service was terrible so you need have a talk with your staff
I had a CSP (customer sat. program) issue, the advisor made the appointment time, I dropped it off then, they confirmed the issue, repaired it immediately and I was on my way.
