Very very friendly and prompt customer service. All the staff at Thor have been well chosen! My compliments So VERY happy to have purchased the maintenance package when I bought my Bronco, which I absolutely love!
Relatively good sales team, but really-really tricky service department. They never can clean your car, never have loner cars. It usually takes long-long time and at least 2-3 visits to fix technical issues.
