Awesome product goes fantastic with our new home and kitchen
Great customer service.
I purchased model TMD3002 specifically to fit into the existing cabinet of a 15 yr old Sharp microwave drawer. The industry standard size has increased since Sharp purchase. The TMD3002 is true to size and fit into the existing cabinet. Microwave drawer cavity height is the same as original. Draw backs: touch pad is very sensitive, sometimes you don’t think you made contact, but unit responds. Also, the printing on the touch pad is poor contrast, making it difficult to read in lower light conditions
I ordered a Thor oven, it arrived damaged. Thor urged me to let them repair or replace the item rather than returning it. They sent a technician out well over a month ago. He came to the conclusion that the oven was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. Since then Thor has been dragging their feet not returning emails and calls. This has been going on for three months now. I spent $6000 on an oven that I’ve been unable to use and at this point I cannot return it. We needed to replace an existing 36" Kitchenaid cooktop that had cracked after 20 years of service. We were looking for a new cooktop that would fit the same space, and it turns out not all 36" cooktops are the same. The Thor TEC36 fits perfectly.
